Job Description
Eppstein Uhen Architects, Inc. (EUA) is seeking to fill an important role as a Finance Student Intern. This person will assist with various accounts payable activities, including account reconciliations, and a variety of daily, weekly and monthly tasks, with opportunities to assist with special projects for the Eppstein Uhen Tennessen Foundation and CFO.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assist with a variety of Accounts Payable communications
· Code and enter invoices to Accounts Payable ledger
· Post cash receipts against Accounts Receivable ledger and assist with bank deposits
· Assist with vendor maintenance, including certificates of insurance
· Maintain accounting files
· Assist with Corporate credit card coding and activities
· Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliation/research
· Ability to maintain a positive attitude and exhibit integrity
· Exceptional organization and communication skills
· Ability to solve problems proactively and prioritize tasks and assignments
Qualifications:
· Pursuit of Associate’s Degree or beyond in accounting
· Experience in a professional office setting
· Experience working with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Word required
· Experience with Deltek Vision and QuickBooks software a plus
· Experience with Accounts Payable a plus
· Demonstrated aptitude with numbers
