We are looking for a WORKFORCE ANALYSIS Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Intermediate for a full-time position serving the US Coast Guard. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Leads team analyses, compliance reviews of documents and forms, and other critical tasks supporting client performance work statement development and evaluation. Applies specialized knowledge of best practices and may support project teams through subject matter expertise and strategic guidance. Provides program management support as needed, leveraging deep familiarity with industry standards. Contributes to defining project objectives and setting strategic direction, while offering leadership and vision to both clients and internal teams. Acts as a key liaison across teams to drive complex efforts forward. Recognized for exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in relevant field such as business management and/or human resources management

4 years of experience applying their specialty in workforce requirements analysis, or similar analytics.

Senior-level consultant with proven expertise in developing solutions for complex initiatives across multiple organizations.
