Overview:
This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and organization of both physical and electronic employee documents. This position will classify, store, and retrieve records, ensuring accurate and readily accessible information. Key responsibilities include sorting, labeling, and filing documents, as well as assisting with data entry and scanning tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Organize and File Documents: Sort and file documents, records, and other materials according to established filing systems, both physically and electronically.
Data Entry and Scanning: Assist with entering data into databases and scanning documents to create digital files.
Maintain and Update Files: Update existing files with new information, and archive or remove outdated records as needed.
Support Administrative Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks within the HR department as needed.
Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
The person in this role will uphold the culture of Utilitra, including relationship building with customers as well as general behavior on Utilitra or client premises or at Utilitra-sponsored events.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Detail-oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accuracy in filing and record-keeping.
Organized: Ability to organize and maintain files and records in an efficient and systematic manner.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, including data entry, scanning, and familiarity with office software.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve basic filing and record-keeping issues.
High School Diploma or Equivalent:
Physical Requirements: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, as well as bending, reaching, and stooping.
