We're partnering with a highly respected plastics manufacturing leader to find a talented Automation/Electrical Engineer with a strong background in plastic injection molding. This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team focused on innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and optimize automated systems in a clean room injection molding environment

Build and maintain automation cells and automated assembly machinery

Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements in quality, safety, and efficiency

Troubleshoot EOAT robotics and injection molding machinery

Ensure compliance with clean room standards and best practices

Train operators and maintenance staff on automation systems

What You Bring:

Proven experience in automation engineering within plastic injection molding

Familiarity with EOAT, robotics, and molding machine integration

Experience conducting FAT/SAT

Knowledge of clean room environments and protocols

Strong communication and analytical skills

A proactive, hands-on approach to engineering challenges
