We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Front Desk Agent to join our WinStar RV Park Night Audit team located at the WinStar RV Park working .
Summary:
Responsible for RV Park reservations, folio adjustments and reporting. This role provides high quality guest services to our guest via Player Development Guest Services program acting as a liaison between guests, the Casino and the RV Park.
Responsibilities:

* Maintains knowledge of and follows all laws, rules, regulations, policies and SOPs for assigned area, e.g. MICS, TICS, hospital standards, health codes, food sanitation, accounting principles, etc.
* Processes all inquiries received, arrange, coordinate and confirms all hotel reservations through the Lodging Management System (LMS)
* Arranges complementary use of facilities such as lodging and conference spaces
* Adjusts folio postings as necessary to ensure accuracy
* Utilizes the Casino Management System to determine promotional targets based on previous effective promotions. Determine patron eligibility by entering patron information in the Casino Management System
* Learn and perform Night Audit for the facility
* Actively assist in marketing of casino, hotel, citizen, employee and or other events, promotions and activities to both internal and external customers as assigned
* Prepares daily reports
* Prepares weekly reports
* Prepares monthly reports
* Performs all other duties as assigned
