Dispatcher

John Moore is looking to hire an experienced dispatcher for IMMEDIATE hire!

The primary responsibilities of the Dispatcher are to take calls and organize the daily dispatch of Service/Sales technicians and comfort specialists for the company, working to achieve a fuel and time efficient route.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in dispatching in construction, plumbing, electrical, or HVAC industries desired. Must be able to multi-task and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

3 or more years of experience in the HVAC or Plumbing industry

3 years minimum of dispatch experience

Excellent verbal communication

Professional appearance

Demonstrate the ability to follow operational procedures

Strong customer service oriented

Effective organizational and communication skills

Excellent written communication

An ability to function well as part of a team

Diligent attention to detail

Ability to type 50+WPM

Ability to learn new software

Preferred:

Service Titan experience (but not required)
