Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
As a Dispatch/Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements, and dispatching technicians to jobs. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is 8:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday - Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Enter call details accurately and promptly into Service Titan.
Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services based on customer requirements.
Dispatch technicians to job locations efficiently.
Close out completed jobs using information provided by technicians.
Coordinate any schedule delays with both customers and service technicians.
Perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and meet customer needs.
Make customer follow-up calls.Requirements:
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Minimum one year of office/phone experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional data entry skills.
Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work occasional Saturday or Sunday shift.About Us:
