Job Description

Quince Orchard Dental Care is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and highly personable Pediatric Dentist to join our established practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland, part-time. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience.

About Our Practice

Serving the community since 2011

Current Drs.: 9 Hygienists: 4 Operatories: 22

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:45am-5pm

20% FFS / 80% PPO

Active patient base: 10,500 – 120-150 new patients per month

Specialty work in office: Ortho and Pedo

Compensation for Full-Time Providers

Must be a W-2 employee

Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections

CE allowance

Malpractice Insurance

Qualifications and Skills

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in Maryland, in good standing.

Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry, required.

At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.

Highly proficient in all aspects of pediatric dentistry.

Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with patients.
