Floor Sales Associate 3+ years of experience required.

Are you an experienced sales associate with a strong customer focus? We’re looking for a motivated team player to join our flooring sales team. In this role, you'll support customers with flooring selections and help drive store sales.

The ideal candidate should have 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or flooring industry. Your primary objective will be to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. We encourage you to submit your application today!

Please note this position is located in Germantown, WI.Compensation:

$75,000 - $85,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines.

Develop and maintain meaningful connections with clients, old and new, to boost retention rates and sales.

Collaborate with internal teams, such as installers and customer service, to ensure a smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

High level of awareness of market development, product releases, and competitors.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.

Identify and prospect potential customers.Qualifications:

Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s preferred

Proficient use of sales tools, including customer relationship management (CRM)

3 years of sales experience
