We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Container and Crate Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Build wooden shipping containers and crates according to specifications and work orders

Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

Operate tools such as nail guns, hammers, saws, and other woodworking equipment

Measure and cut materials precisely using measuring tapes and other tools

Ensure all finished products meet quality and safety standards

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Operate machinery involved in the production process as required

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

Ability to read and follow instructions

Experience using power tools, especially nail guns and hammers

Strong measuring and basic math skills

Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy

Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Experience operating machinery is a plus

Ability to lift and handle materials as needed

Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
