Job Summary:

As an Introduction Caller, you are often one of the first points of contact between our firm and new clients—making your role critical in setting the tone for the entire client experience. First impressions matter, and your ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically is key.

Your primary responsibility is to verify and collect all relevant information, documentation, and evidence related to a new client’s case. You will accurately record this data in our case management system and prepare a complete case summary for review by our head counsel attorney. Based on this review, the case will either be assigned to a coordinating attorney or closed out. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism directly support the success of the legal team and the firm.

Primary Responsibilities:

Make timely outgoing phone calls and send other correspondence to clients as needed.

Communicate clearly and professionally to gather case-related information, documentation, and evidence.

Accurately record all collected data into the firm’s case management system.

Ensure all client information is complete, consistent, and well-documented.

Compose concise and organized case summaries for attorney review.

Flag urgent or sensitive matters for immediate attention.

Follow up with clients as necessary to obtain missing or additional information.

Maintain confidentiality and handle client information with discretion.

Assist attorneys or management with any additional tasks as needed.

Responsibility of All Staff:

Returning all voicemails within a 48-hour window (business days).

Responding to emails in a timely manner.

Working with all staff in a professional and kind manner.

Providing clients with a positive experience and maintain a good, professional relationship with them at all times.

Answering phones calls from and communicate with the front desk for the betterment of our clients.

Minimum/Required Qualifications:

The ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

Physically able to perform duties assigned at sufficient speed.

Effective communication skills.

Able to work well with others.

Able to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.

The ability to read and write in English.

Functional computer skills, i.e. Office, Outlook, legal applications, typing.

Desired Qualifications:

The ability to read and write in Spanish is a plus.

Multi-tasking ability – ability to work in several programs at one time.

High energy.

Detail oriented.

Mature ability to use judgment and be dependable.

Phone skills/ etiquette.

Self-sufficient.
