Salary: 9.00-11.00
We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for infants (ages 0-3). You will foster early childhood development by creating age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Care and Supervision: Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of infants throughout the day, including feeding, diapering, and offering emotional support.
Early Learning Activities: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that stimulate infants' sensory, motor, and language development.
Monitoring Development: Observe and track developmental milestones, noting progress and areas for improvement, and share this information with parents during regular updates.
Classroom Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that supports the individual and group needs of infants.
Parental Communication: Build strong relationships with parents, providing updates on their childs development and addressing any concerns or questions.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early childhood education and a positive learning environment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education (ECE) certification or degree preferred.
Previous experience working with infants or in early childhood education is highly desirable.
CPR and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude.
