What you will do
We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Project Manager (PMO) to join our UX team, which is at the heart of shaping smart, user-centric experiences for our AI-powered SaaS platform. This role is about operational excellence—keeping multiple initiatives across design, data, product, and engineering moving smoothly.You’ll be the calm in the chaos—running meetings, tracking timelines, owning documentation, and proactively identifying roadblocks. If you love Gantt charts, to-do lists, and cross-functional coordination, and you’re energized by UX work, we’d love to meet you.
Serve as the operational anchor for the UX team—managing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies
Own intake and prioritization of requests from product, data, engineering, and stakeholders across the business
Facilitate agile rituals—standups, retrospectives, sprint planning—and follow up with meeting notes and action tracking
Maintain and improve project documentation, roadmaps, and resource tracking
Proactively surface blockers and align cross-functional teams toward shared milestones
Support onboarding and coordination of global UX contractors and freelancers
Champion process improvement, collaborating with team leads to enhance team efficiency
Work closely with the UX leader to stabilize workflows and optimize team impact
What you should bring
5–8 years of project/program management experience in a SaaS or technology environment
Prior experience working with UX/design, product teams is highly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills; able to handle ambiguity and manage competing priorities
Well-versed in collecting and summarizing information and creating presentation materials
Proficient in Figma, JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools; Familiarity with Aha a plus
Passion for user-centered design and interest in AI or data-driven products
Comfortable working across time zones and driving accountability across teams
Proactive, organized, and great at follow-through
