Product Owner (Data and Reporting)

*Remote Contract Opportunity*

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Product Owner (Data and Reporting) position! This is a 6+ month contract opportunity and can be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.

What You'll Be Doing:

Build and own the product vision and roadmap that aligns with the overall strategic intent, and communicate them with the team and all stakeholders.

Prioritize the product backlog based on the overall product vision and strategy.

Serve as the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring alignment between customer needs and product development.

Write user stories, groom the backlog, and specify acceptance criteria for each user story.

Work directly with the delivery team to create information radiators and communication tools for internal team and stakeholder use.

Participate in all team activities and ceremonies, promoting agile best practices.

Use a matrixed influencing approach to collaborate with essential business partners across the organization.

Focus on outcomes over outputs, utilizing design thinking methods and analytics to guide product design.

Collaborate with other Product Owners to ensure a cohesive customer journey and alignment of dependent backlogs.

Maintain internal control standards, addressing audit points and external regulatory issues.

What You'll Need to Have:

Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 4 years of business, analytical, technical, and/or product experience.

OR, in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 8 years of higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 4 years in business, analytical, technical, and/or product roles.

Ability to communicate effectively across multiple workstream stakeholders.

Analytical and technical experience with data and reporting themes.

Experience collaborating with data analysts and business representatives to deliver product specifications.

Prior experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices.

What We d Love to See:

Familiarity with Design Thinking principles.

Experience in digital capabilities development or management.

Subject matter expertise in data and reporting, particularly within Treasury functions.

Pay Range: $48-$63/hr +
