Here is a Day in the Life of a Frontdesk Team Member at Ranicki Chiropractic
Opening: Each morning we will start with a quick meeting to set the tone for the day. Discuss the schedule, address any concerns, and review the daily plan so we can run the day efficiently and with purpose. We respond to patient text, email and phone messages.
Patient Hours:
Schedule patients, check-in patients, check-out patients, manage patient flow and schedule changes
Collect money in person, post payments and work in autopayment programs
Run reports and confirm data
Complete data entry
Follow routing forms and checklists for patients starting care, stopping care, examinations, etc
Check insurance benefits
Set up rooms for consultations, exams and x-rays
Lunch: You get 90 minutes for lunch. We very much walk our talk in this practice and that includes having a no fast-food policy for our employees. Therefore, you get 90 minutes to be able to get a healthy lunch, workout, run errands or just take some time to get your mind reset to be 100% present with the afternoon patients.
Closing: Close down and clean up rooms, run reports and prepare for the next day. The team leaves at the same time, so we all help each other at end of night.
Team Meeting: Every Monday, the team meets for one hour to discuss previous week performance, patients who need special attention, office business, share challenges and WINS from previous week, and have a learning lesson about health, personal growth or other topic that helps us to grow as a person.
VFP (Valuable Final Product) of a Front Desk Team Member (the reason for the position): Help promote and support the doctor in care, services, and products that create actionable lifestyle improvements for the patient. Help cultivate an educated patient who completes the doctor's recommended care plan efficiently and on time.

Work Requirements:
We have an office policy of NO FAST FOOD. Fast-food is not healthy and as a wellness center we set a good example for patients. So please do not apply if you cannot give up fast food.
Office Hours are Monday - Thursday from 7:30 am - 6:30-ish pm. Be ready to go on time and we leave when the last patient is gone, and closing duties are complete.
Travel for seminars/training 1-2 weekends per year. We provide 30+ days notice of any travel. We pay for all expenses associated training.
No Smoking or use of any tobacco products
Compensation:
$17 start; and fully trained earns $21 on average
Fully trained average weekly bonus: $3 to $4 per hour
Additional pay can be earned by achieving goals
40-hour work week

3. Preliminary video interview via Zoom with Office Manager (15-30 minutes)
4. In-person interview and team shadowing to test drive the role and work environment. (1-2 hours)
