Novalink is looking for great candidates to join our growing team as Internal Support Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following job duties:
Manage Internal Support Team including HR, Finance
Responsible for weekly/monthly department report
Ensure companys compliance with all regulatory and legal rules
Ensure onboarding, offboarding process run smoothly and in timely manner
Serve as first escalation contact for any HR/Finance related matters
Review biweekly and monthly payroll and give 1st approval prior to processing them
Review and approve AP related items
Regularly review and escalate overdue AR with clients
Review company's processes and workflows, make recommendation to improve the team's efficiency, recommend on trainings, benefits...to increase employees' retention
Collaborate with other teams to grow clients, consultants through referrals, leads...
Responsible for entire department's performance
Responsible for other tasks assigned.
Qualifications:
great communication skills,
self-motivated, self starter,
5+ years of experience in management role,
Must have HR/Accounting background with working experience with HR and accounting software
knowledge/experience with working visa such as H1B, F1, OPT, CPT is a plus
