Position Summary:

The Electronic Banking Supervisor is a working Supervisor who is also responsible for providing leadership, direction and mentoring of Electronic Banking staff to ensure quality customer service to the Foresight Financial Group Banks. Provide accurate and timely processing of assigned tasks and ensure that exceptional support is provided to the banks for all electronic products and services.

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations to ensure accurate and timely processing and verification of transactions and support to the subsidiary banks.

Provide leadership to staff, providing for professional and technical development. Conduct staff performance reviews.

Ensure adequate department scheduling to meet bank needs.

Responsible for timely handling of debit card disputes, tracking as required by Regulation E, customer notification of provisional and final credits, and balancing of fraud losses to the appropriate general ledger account.

Required knowledge of Regulation E and NACHA rules relating to unauthorized transactions.

Submission of card batches for centrally issued cards.

Coordinate and participate in the monthly card renewal process including review of reports and clearing of exceptions.

Responsible for the accurate settlement of all debit card transactions utilizing various vendor reports, to include researching and promptly resolving any outages.

Immediately handle all compromised card notifications from MasterCard to include bank-wide communication as applicable, customer notification of event, appropriate coding of cards to prevent fraudulent activity, and ordering new card for customer.

Complete and submit quarterly MasterCard reporting as required.

Provide support to subsidiary banks for Online & Mobile Banking, Bill Pay, Cash Management, and Mobile Deposit products and services researching and resolving escalated issues.

Process new Business Online Banking Applications (i.e. application review, system setup, customer notification, filing, maintaining required documentation).

Process, verify, and log incoming and outgoing wires according to policy including OFAC scans and escalation of OFAC hits.

Review and verification of mobile deposits releasing or rejecting reviewed items according to procedure.

Process incoming and outgoing ACH files according to NACHA rules including OFAC scans, memo posting, and review of applicable reports.

Input and maintenance of ACH auto transfer entries and system generated ACH entries.

Process ACH reclamations.

Process ACH Notifications of Change (NOCs).

Provide backup to other Deposit Shared Services departments as needed.

Assist with the development and implementation of necessary training and operational support programs for subsidiary banks and other operational groups as identified.

Identify educational opportunities and schedule training with staff to remain current in all departmental positions, and to remain current with all bank policies and procedures.

Assist with corporate and departmental projects as assigned.

Assist with gathering and reviewing related audit documentation, copies and reports as requested.

Participate in team tasks, including but not limited to: verifying outgoing wires and ACH files, alternating schedules to support extended banking hours, and assisting in answering phone calls and emails.

Identify and update all associated job aids when changes in process or policy occur and communicating these changes to the team.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all customer records and personal information.

Maintain compliance with and adhere to all state and federal regulations and bank policies and procedures, including, but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, FACT ACT, Community Reinvestment Act, and EEO/AA/Fair Employment Practices.

Perform other such duties as assigned.

Successful exams and audits without significant findings.

Satisfactory or greater ratings on annual department SLA surveys.

Qualifications:

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years working in banking. Jack Henry core platform and supervisory experience preferred. Must be adaptable to managing remote teams. Self-user and promoter of electronic banking products. AAP or APRP Certifications a plus.
