Were seeking a self-driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of managing our clients' social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

Position Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, scheduling, and monitoring content across client accounts in various cities across the U.S. You will work closely with our content team and designers to craft localized, brand-aligned posts that engage communities and generate results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media operations for client accounts across Facebook, Instagram, and X.
Create and maintain content calendars tailored to each market and service type.
Collaborate with our design and content teams to develop high-performing visual and written content.
Schedule and publish posts consistently using tools like Loomly or similar platforms.
Monitor engagement and respond to messages/comments on behalf of clients as needed.
Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to improve reach and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates.
Ensure consistency with each clients brand voice and regional messaging.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and X including best practices for engagement and reach.
Experience working with multi-location or franchise businesses is a plus.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Loomly, Hootsuite, Buffer).
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic graphic design experience using Canva or similar tools is a plus.
