You'll be the go-to person for operating and monitoring production equipment.

Keep our workspaces safe by adhering strictly to SOPs.

With keen attention, inspect our machinery regularly to preemptively tackle hiccups.

Meticulously jot down production details in logs and quality reports.

Join forces with team members and supervisors, always striving for process improvements.

Operate pumps and valves while adjusting liquid/gas flow sequences.

Participate actively in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Uphold all environmental regulations and policies on chemical management.

Handle packaging tasks as per customer requirements. Your Profile

A high school diploma, or a technical degree would set you apart.

Chemical production experience? Huge plus!

Embrace safety protocols like a pro.

Get hands-on with equipment operation and troubleshooting.

Exhibit razor-sharp attention to detail and solution-driven thinking.

Flexibility with your schedule, including overtime, is needed.

Able to meet quality standards and perform each duty responsibly.

Proficiency in basic math, communication, and computer skills.

The willingness to remain clean-shaven for respirator fit is a requirement.

Possess strong observational skills.

Navigate changing priorities with ease.

Meet the physical demands of the position, such as lifting 50LBs.

Possibly maneuver around a variety of plant environments, donning safety gear as needed.
