We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our Columbus, OH office. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing campaigns and coordinate sales efforts to help grow our client base. You will play a key role in planning, implementation, and monitoring of our marketing and sales activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and sales strategies
Coordinate communication between the marketing and sales teams
Track and report on campaign and sales performance metrics
Support sales presentations, proposals, and client outreach
Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Help prepare marketing materials and internal reports
Organize promotional events and other business development activities
Conduct market research to identify new opportunitiesQualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or coordination roles
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
