Salary Range: $36,000 – $72,000 per year (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Portfolio Manager to take care of a group of real estate properties. This person will make sure the properties run smoothly, stay profitable, and keep tenants/applicants happy. The job includes handling everyday operations, working with tenants, planning improvements, and making sure everything is in line with local rules

Main Duties:
Manage daily operations for a group of properties
Track income and expenses and provide updates to management
Visit properties and arrange repairs or upgrades as needed
Work with tenants to solve problems and improve satisfaction
Help fill empty units by working with leasing agents
Make budgets and help with financial planning
Look at real estate trends to help with buying or selling properties
Follow all city, state, and federal rules and regulations
Qualifications:
What You Need:
A degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or similar (or related work experience)
At least 2 years of experience managing real estate or rental properties
Good with numbers and understanding property finances
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable using computers and property management software
A valid driver’s license and transportation for property visits
Nice to Have:
Experience managing apartments or commercial buildings
Familiarity with the Memphis real estate market
Professional certifications (like CPM or CCIM) are a plusAbout Company
