Board is currently looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy QA Engineer to join the Engineering team in our Columbus Labs location. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, you will maintain/develop end-to-end automated UI tests ensuring that they are reliable, readable, and maintainable for the Board Foresight Application.

Main duties:

Develop and maintain automated UI tests

Execute manual QA, regression, and smoke tests

Monitor CI pipelines and test runs. Proactively identify flaky tests or failures caused by regressions

Troubleshooting of incidents and root causes analysis during development phase and releases

Participate in agile ceremonies, pair with developers, and contribute to early-stage test strategy discussions. Prepare and collect test data and business case scenarios

Promote QA best practices and continuously advocate for a quality-first mindset across the team

What we look for:

Previous experience in software testing: test planning and execution, definition of test cases, bug reporting and verification, etc.

Experience with E2E automation tools like Selenium, Playwright etc.

Understanding of REST API, Integration system and Test API tools (Postman or SoapUI)

Experience with C#, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Experience with agile methodologies is preferable

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is preferable

Flexible approach to work in a fast-moving environment

Problem-solving, logical, and eager-to-learn mindset

Basic knowledge of SQL and RDMS tools, such as MSSQL Server or MySQL, will be considered a plus
