Custodian Responsibilities:

- Perform general custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures

- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

- Refill restroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when replenishment is needed

Mowing and keeping the grounds clean

Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) where required

Skills:

- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment

- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

Must be able to operate a zero turn mower safely

Job Type: Part-time. 20-25 hours per week.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
