About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Responsible Owner & Program Manager (SRO/PM) either based in Austin, TX or Atlanta, GA to lead a mission-critical enterprise program. This role will be responsible for ensuring that the program delivers its intended outcomes - on time, on budget, and in alignment with strategic goals.

As the SRO/PM, you’ll serve as the senior decision-maker, working across departments and with external collaborators to ensure end-to-end program success, governance, and operational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Champion the program vision and ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of all phases of the program lifecycle.

Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and resource allocation across all projects within the program.

Establish governance frameworks, change control procedures, and quality standards.

Coordinate interdependencies across projects and teams.

Create and maintain stakeholder engagement plans and communication strategies.

Monitor outputs and measure outcomes, ensuring clear and consistent reporting to leadership.

Oversee risk and issue resolution by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

5-10+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally within SaaS, enterprise solutions, or tech-enabled industries.

Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs through full lifecycle execution.

Strong budgeting, planning, and risk management experience.

Deep knowledge of program and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PMI, PRINCE2).

Strategic mindset with strong execution skills.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.

Demonstrated ability to stay focused and decisive in complex, fast-paced environments.
