Job Title: IAM Engineer

Type: 12 Month Renewable Contract

Next Ventures is partnering with a leading global financial institution on a high-impact identity transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale security and compliance modernisation effort as they implement cutting-edge IAM architecture across their multi-cloud estate.

You’ll be embedded within a highly skilled security engineering team focused on zero trust, cloud-native identity, and privileged access governance. This is a greenfield initiative — ideal for engineers who want to shape the future of identity in one of Europe’s most prestigious financial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale IAM solutions across AWS, Azure AD, and Okta.

Automate user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Integrate IAM with cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, and critical financial systems.

Support the deployment of SSO, MFA, and just-in-time access strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, AWS IAM, Azure AD, and SailPoint.

In-depth understanding of authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.

Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).

Experience in implementing identity governance, access certification, and privileged access management solutions.

Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2).
