Who are you?

Able to communicate effectively with a proven track record of building relationships and have strong problem-solving skills. Extremely well-organized and detailed-orientated and able to deal with a fast-paced environment

What will you have the opportunity to do?

Execute daily activities and ICAT X functions for ICAT Customs Brokerage operations

What do we need from you?

Handle Customs brokerage requests and ensure timely ISF, FTZ, and entry filings

Classify goods per HTS and agency regulations; arrange payment of duties and taxes

Manage POAs, bonds, refunds, amendments, and other post-entry processes

Communicate with customers and internal teams; develop SOPs and best practices

Support business growth through client outreach and service improvement

Maintain compliance with corporate certifications and assist with off-hours coverage
