As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of providing tailored insurance solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending the best Allstate products to help them navigate lifes uncertainties. This position offers a competitive salary range of $30,000$65,000, including base pay, commission, and bonus opportunities. Responsibilities
Participate in ongoing training to develop a deep understanding of Allstate products and refine sales techniques.
Engage with potential clients through leads, live transfers, and community outreach initiatives.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to cross-sell and up-sell insurance products.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to earn trust and loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of insurance products to recommend the best solutions for clients.
Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements
Obtain a Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License prior to start date (required).
Proven ability to build relationships and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Strong communication skills, with a clear, professional, and persuasive approach.
Highly motivated, coachable, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing tasks.
Availability to work four hours on Saturdays, as needed, to meet agency goals.
