Job Description

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist for our client in Mesa, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a premier aerospace manufacturer specializing in precision-machined components for commercial and military aircraft.

Location: Mesa, AZ

Pay: $28–$35+/hour DOE

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:00 AMWhy Join Us?

Set up and operate CNC milling machines independently

Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and setup sheets

Perform test runs and adjust machines for optimal output

Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools

Maintain machinery and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standardsWhat We’re Looking For:

5+ years of CNC milling experience in aerospace manufacturing

Proficient in geometric tolerancing and blueprint reading

Skilled in troubleshooting setups and interpreting technical specs

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent required
