As the Creative Director, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute compelling marketing strategies for our healthcare clients. You will steer the creative vision, ensure consistency across all channels, and deliver high-quality work that meets and anticipates client needs. You'll lead innovative campaigns across multiple accounts and brands, fostering inspiration and overseeing art direction, visual translation, and execution.

Experience in the healthcare space, with its highly regulated environment, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with clients' business goals. Understand the "big picture" and use that knowledge to strategically guide the programs of work assigned.

Lead Design Solutions: Lead, plan, execute, and deliver design solutions for a variety of projects; digital, print, and presentations.

Team Leadership: Mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, and ensure collaboration across all functions and departments

Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide creative solutions, and ensure satisfaction

Business Growth: Actively participating in proposal development and pitch presentations to secure new business and strengthen client relationships

Concept, Design, and Execution: Be tactically involved in the concept, design, and execution of integrated, cross-channel initiatives and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the client’s brand and overall industry

Creative Briefs: Collaborate with account, strategy and program managers to create and refine creative briefs

Project Execution: Own and drive execution for complex digital and printed projects with minimal oversight

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director or Creative Director

Pharmaceutical/Healthcare advertising experience (preferred)

Digital portfolio showcasing creative ability

Ability to foster a collaborative environment, creativity, and bold ideas

Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Impeccable attention to detail
