$80,000+Responsibilities:

Oversee daily laboratory operations, including testing and workflow coordination

Perform complex testing procedures and ensure accuracy and compliance

Support and supervise laboratory staff, including training and performance evaluation

Monitor and maintain quality assurance and regulatory standards

Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and support laboratory growthQualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

Active Nevada Laboratory Supervisor License (required)

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical laboratory environment

Strong working knowledge of chemistry, hematology, coagulation, and general diagnostic testing

Demonstrated experience in supervising or mentoring staff

Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment

Familiarity with CLIA regulations, quality control practices, and laboratory safety protocolsAbout Company
