**Job Summary: **
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office and ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong background in customer service, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities: **
**Staff Management: **
- Hire, train, and supervise front office staff, including receptionists and concierge team members.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for employee development.
- Schedule and manage staff shift to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
**Guest Relations: **
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in/check-out experience.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Encourage and model exceptional customer service practices across the team.
**Operational Oversight: **
- Ensure all front office operations are conducted efficiently and within established policies and procedures.
- Manage room inventory and ensure accurate booking and billing processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.
**Collaboration: **
- Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and sales, to ensure comprehensive operational synergy.
- Communicate regularly with management regarding front office operations and guest feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.. **Health and Safety:**
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Address any safety concerns promptly and ensure emergency procedures are communicated.
**Qualifications: **
- Experience in Hotel Industry or a related field preferred.
- experience in hotel management or front office operations, including supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of team management.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
