The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact between our company and its clients, ensuring clear, effective, and consistent communication across all channels. This role involves handling client inquiries, drafting internal documentation, and supporting cross-departmental messaging initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients and stakeholders

Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications

Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging

Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and briefings

Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions

Monitor communication processes and recommend improvements

Ensure all communication aligns with company standards and brand voiceQualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication management tools
