This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in manufacturing environments, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage accounting operations and drive process improvements.

Key Requirements:

Manufacturing industry experience

Proficiency in Epicor or a similar ERP system

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Core Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL)

Lead month-end and year-end close

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow

Develop and mentor accounting team members

Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
