AR Caller - Fresher

Location: Chennai (Work from Office)

Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Eligibility: Any Graduate/Diploma (Backlogs allowed)

Experience: Freshers welcome!

Must Have: Excellent English communication skills

What You’ll Do:

Call US insurance companies on behalf of doctors

Analyze and follow up on pending medical claims

Take action on patient accounts and update systems

Ensure accuracy in insurance details

Escalate complex cases when needed

What We’re Looking For:

Clear English (verbal & written)

Positive attitude & team player

Willing to work night shifts (mandatory)
