Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivatedB2B Sales Representative to drive new business opportunities throughout the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia area. This role is focused on cultivating relationships with CEOs, COOs, and other decision-makers to present MVBs suite of services designed to help business leaders create organizational autonomy, grow their businesses,and maximize their enterprise value. The ideal candidate is highly driven, thrives in a face-to-face, relationship-building environment, and has a proven track record of closing high-level B2B sales. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to control their earning potential.

While MVB is a fully remote company with team members located throughout the East Coast, this role isboots-on-the-ground and requires meeting potential clients in person within the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia area.Please note, MVB does not have a physical office location, and most internal collaboration occurs remotely. However, we maintain access to executive office space throughout the DMV area to support in-person meetings with prospective clients as needed.

This role is offered with a base salary of $60,000-$70,000 with the opportunity to earn an additional $60,000-$70,000 through commission.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with CEOs, COOs, and business owners in the DMV area

Develop and manage your own sales pipeline through both outbound and inbound efforts, including outreach, follow-ups, industry events and closing deals

Follow up on company-provided leads for new engagements and conduct inside sales opportunities, including upselling or cross-selling to existing clients when applicable

Present tailored service solutions that address client business growth needs and challenges

Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet defined sales goals

Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of outreach, meetings, and progress toward goals

Collaborate closely with MVB leadership to refine messaging and ensure alignment with client needs

Provide ongoing communication with prospects and clients to foster long-term relationships

Attend relevant local events, conferences, and networking opportunities as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling professional services directly to executive leadership

Strong understanding of the Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia business landscape

Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite decision-makers

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using tools like Teams, Zoom, Monday and other productivity platforms

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-person meetings and events

Access to high-speed internet and a quiet, professional workspace

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
