JOB DESCRIPTION
Recruiter
Reports to: TMX Manager
General Expectations:
Oversee the recruiting processes of potential Team Members via recruiting websites, Team Member referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources. Verify Team Member’s work history, competency and other qualifications. This position will also help assist in achieving our goals of maximizing team member engagement and lowering team member turnover.
Duties / Responsibilities:
Utilize Workday Website for hiring and onboarding
Manage Indeed Applicant Tracking System and applicants to maximize recruiting efforts for the complex
Pre-screening candidates and scheduling interviews for Managers
Manage the New Hire Status Sheet
Utilize plant social media site and other recruiting boards to attract talent
Build a network pipeline for talent acquisitions (high schools, colleges, etc.) Establish & maintain Team Member connections and relationships
Assist the TMX Team in TMX initiatives & events
Conduct New Hire Orientation weekly
Complete onboarding paperwork for each New Hire
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:

Education and Qualifications:
HR Generalist/recruiter background required.
Hands-on production experience desirable.
Experience in Workday Solutions applicant tracking system helpful.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) helpful.
