Material Parts Coordinator

Job Description

We’re looking for a Materials Parts Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator. In this role, you’ll manage the setup and maintenance of parts in our MAX MRP system, including entering part details like reorder points, pricing, and lead times. You’ll work with engineers, project managers, and the warehouse team to label and store parts properly, support inventory changes like phasing in new parts or removing old ones, and help keep our system data accurate by updating costs and order info as needed.
