Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff, fostering a positive work environment and professional development
- Oversee mental health and behavior health management processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient care outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency and quality of care
- Manage accreditation processes, CARF, to maintain compliance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff for professional development
Experience:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field. Must be licensed as an LPCC, LISW, or licensed in a related field
- Proven experience in managing a clinical team (therapists, case managers, etc.) and evaluation for case assignment
- Strong knowledge of mental health and behavior health management practices and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Experience in managing accreditation processes, particularly CARF standards
