Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a sales representative to join our team! We will soon roll out our new updated website and introduce our new sales division. You will have an opportunity to learn our products and services, call customers, drive company revenue, and develop into a management position. This is a great opportunity for the experienced salesman with the opportunity to excel quickly and to manage sales activity and the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Call on existing customers and new customers that are assigned to you

Identify your top 10 customers and create a profile to support customers, an introduction from you, and help develop sales and service strategies.

Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

Facilitate weekly sales meetings and assist the president in achieving sales and revenue goals.

Provide relevant feedback to enhance customer service and sales support.

Participate in developing and executing innovative sales strategies.

Build and form new partnerships with potential clients.

Facilitate all trade show activity and participate in trade show activity.

Qualifications:

Must have previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Experience as a supervisor or manager is helpful.

Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and experience profiling qualified customers. The CRM is a requirement for this position.

You present yourself and FMG in a professional manner, and you possess leadership capabilities.

Ability to build rapport with clients at the executive level.Company Description
