Job Description
BIGGBY COFFEE is looking for a Manager who oversees all aspects of daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the coffee shop. This position requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The manager is responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, maximizing sales, and upholding company standards and policies.
Schedule:
Weekday mornings to start as early as 5:30 am.
Evening shifts until 8:30pm.

Must be able to anticipate changes 30 days out
Biggby Manager Certification & ServSafe Certification to be completed within 90 days of start date.
Compensation:
Pay based on experience.
Hourly rate plus bonus pay
Flexible schedule (work nights and weekends)
Consistent hours/days available
Experience:
Must have either Barista experience or Management experience. Both preferred but not required.
