Key Skills as a Service Technician

Ability to diagnose, service & repair a range of residential & light commercial HVAC equipment

Heat Pumps

Ductless Systems

Gas Furnaces

Boilers - Water & Steam

Oil Fired Equipment

Competent in trouble shooting (controls, refrigerant, etc.)

Comfortable in operating common testing instruments of the industry

Preforming regular maintenance

Using basic technology for accessing project information

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician

EPA Certified

Strong communication skills

Friendly/personable attitude

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Competent in troubleshooting residential & light commercial equipment
