La Quinta Inn & Suites is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team! If you're an outgoing individual who excels at building relationships and driving revenue, we want to hear from you. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, and promoting the hotel's services to increase bookings and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and travel agencies
Promote hotel services and features to potential clients
Work with the management team to create sales strategies and targets
Organize and attend sales meetings, conferences, and events
Track and report on sales performance and revenue generation
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues related to sales accounts
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for exceeding goals
