With a commitment to quality, innovation, and on-time delivery, we are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects focused on storage facilities—from planning and permitting to execution and closeout. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing storage facility construction projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality standards. This position is based in Orange County but may require occasional travel to project sites located both in-state and out-of-state.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects related to storage facilities.
Direct project teams including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and internal staff.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
Oversee procurement of materials and coordination of logistics.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any field-related issues.
Lead meetings, generate progress reports, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Travel to out-of-area project sites as needed to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience in commercial construction, with a specific focus on storage facility projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), budgeting, and cost control.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD).
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel as project demands require.
