Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into company systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases
Verify accuracy of information before input and correct errors as needed
Organize and maintain digital and physical files
Generate basic reports using Excel and Word
Assist with general office or administrative tasks as assigned
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good typing speed and data entry skills
