Our Customer Calling Specialist role serves as an entry-level inside sales training position. You will master essential skills such as cold calling, lead generation, and customer research while engaging directly with customers. As you develop, you’ll have opportunities to advance to Sales Support Specialist and ultimately a sales role as a Customer Service Representative.

Responsibilities

Customer Outreach: Build meaningful relationships with customers through phone calls and emails.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute territory outreach plans across multi-state regions.

Customer Research: Analyze and update internal databases with accurate and detailed customer information.

Relationship Building: Foster strong connections between customers and the company.

Organizational Excellence: Communicate clearly and organize information effectively.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with business software such as MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems.

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week. This career opportunity is a Monday through Friday 1st shift job, in an in-person office setting in Louisville KY.
