Business Systems Analyst - Financial Industry - Onsite

Job Description

Requirements:

7 or more years of experience as a System Analyst.

Experience with NetSuite.

Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Experience working with Finance teams.

Understanding of GAAP, financial statements, and accounting cycles.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and basic SQL (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and defect reporting.

Responsibilities:

Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and functional requirements.

Design and recommend optimized business processes.

Develop and maintain business analysis artifacts such as functional specifications, use cases, and data dictionaries.

Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with business needs.

Define data requirements, KPIs, and reporting needs for development.

Oversee system testing and user acceptance testing phases using standard tools.Company Description
