Position Summary
This role will be a key strategic leader of tr sales and operations organization for the US region. This key leadership role will be responsible for building a high performing sales team, analyzing the market and developing strategies that help Buckman capture market share from the competition, and grow revenue. The latter will be done working closely with the Sales Team to ensure the back end of the business is positioned to support low touch sales and customer support.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Analyze market and develop strategies to capture market share from the competition and grow revenue
Scale and build the operations function
Execute the market strategy defined and drive growth through developing channels as required to enable scaling
Responsible for setting regional strategies and targets, making investment recommendations, and achieving revenue targets
This role will require hands on leadership from sale to operations, within all aspects of the business including Finance, HR, Sales, IT, Purchasing, Customer Service, IT and overall P&L oversight
Essential Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Chemical Engineering, or related engineering/technical field
Master’s in business administration or related/equivalent degree is a plus (not a requirement)
