Responsibilities:

Consult with Business Owners – Understand funding needs & present financing solutions

Generate & Close Leads – Outbound calls, referrals, & digital prospecting

Leverage Our Hybrid Model – Direct lending + marketplace of top lenders

Learn Financial Products – SBA loans, credit lines, revenue-based financing

Use Cutting-Edge Tech – CRM & fintech tools to manage pipeline & optimize performance

Requirements:

1-5 years of Sales Experience – B2B, phone sales, or finance preferred (not required)

Driven & Coachable – Hungry to learn, grow, and close deals

Strong Communicator – Confident, consultative, & relationship-focused

Goal-Oriented – Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CRMs & sales platforms (Salesforce is a plus)
