Job Description
* Adheres to the standards of client care and implements the policy and procedures of the Agency. * Performs client personal care, household services essential to client care at home. * Reporting changes in client conditions * Establishes a relationship with the client and family which transmits trust and confidentiality. * Prepares report of visits daily and incorporates the same into the clinical record on a weekly basis. * Reports any change in the client's mental or physical condition or in the home situation to the supervisor * Performs other duties as necessary and requestedCompany Description
