Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a B2B environment? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and become the key liaison between our business and valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
As a B2B Customer Service Representative, you will:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Review and maintain customer forecasts
Utilize EDI and customer portals for order and data management
Verify quote validity and ensure pricing accuracy
Initiate Change Notices and address Customer Concerns
Answer customer phone calls with professionalism and positivity
Attend APQP and Contract Review meetings
Collaborate with Material Control on delivery schedules and inventory levels
Foster strong customer relationships through adaptability and reliability
Communicate customer status updates to internal teams
Interpret and implement specific customer requirements
Adhere to all plant safety standards and quality procedures
Take responsibility for quality assurance as it relates to the role
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Training:
Diploma or Degree required
Completion of New Employee Orientation, ISO 9001 Orientation, and Job Procedure Training preferred
Experience & Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience working with EDI systems and customer websites
Soft Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and collaboration skills
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Ability to actively listen and demonstrate empathy
Independent worker with strong problem-solving capabilities
